Acceptable Use

Deepfakes, impersonation and deceptive depictions

Do not impersonate another person, falsely claim an endorsement, manufacture evidence, or present generated video as a recording of a real event. Do not create deceptive synthetic depictions of a person. This service does not offer face swapping, “nudify” tools, or kissing, hugging or other intimate scenes of two people, and you may not use it to make them. Clearly disclose AI generation when sharing where needed to prevent deception.

Portraits without consent

Do not upload or animate another person’s portrait without that adult’s informed consent. Do not use the service for harassment, humiliation, coercion or privacy abuse. Consent can be withdrawn; contact support to report a use that is no longer permitted.

Celebrities and public figures

Do not submit celebrities, politicians, public figures or anyone’s likeness to imply their participation or endorsement.

Minors and child safety

Do not upload photos of anyone under 18 or generate depictions of minors. Sexualization, exploitation, abuse and other unsafe content involving children are prohibited.

Copyright and trademarks

Do not submit or request material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights. Do not use existing music-video footage, third-party social clips, protected characters, logos or another creator’s choreography without authorization.

Sexual content

Pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, sexualized performances and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited.

Violence and harm

Graphic violence, gore, threats, encouragement of self-harm, and instructions or performances intended to facilitate harm are prohibited.

Hate and abuse

Hateful, discriminatory, extremist, bullying or abusive content targeting a person or group is prohibited. Do not evade moderation or misuse accounts, payment systems or the service.

How we moderate

• No free-text prompts. Every scene runs on a fixed prompt that we wrote and reviewed. You choose a preset and upload photos; you cannot send your own instructions to the model.
• Before generation, you confirm that each photo shows you or an adult who agreed to this use. The generator accepts image files only, within the stated size limit.
• During generation, the model provider screens the photos and the output with its own safety filters. A flagged request is refused, nothing is delivered, and its credits are restored.
• After generation, anyone can report a result. We review reports, remove violating outputs and suspend accounts that break these rules. We keep records of refused tasks and of our decisions on reports.

AI models we use

Everything this site makes is AI-generated. The models are Seedance 2 Mini (ByteDance) for the Raindance two-person sequence video; Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro (Kuaishou) for one-photo scenes and photo effects; Nano Banana (Google) for the free still preview. We access these models through Kie.ai.

Report misuse

Email the support address below with the relevant page or task reference, a description of the issue, and the rights or consent involved. Do not send additional sensitive photos unless support specifically requests a secure method.
