Raindance AI Video Generator is operated by Zhou Guowei, an individual developer based in China, under the TrendReel brand.

Using the service

The Raindance AI trend refers to the Dave and Tems song and a two-person scene on a dock and sunset beach: one person waits while another sings. This site makes a new 15-second, 4:3 silent video from two adult photos. There is no rain, original song or original music-video footage. The service does not provide or recreate an original song or music-video footage and does not clone voices. Outputs are synthetic and may differ from expectations. Do not present a generated scene as evidence of a real event. You are responsible for having permission to upload and transform a person's photo.

Do not upload photos of minors or celebrities. Only submit photos of adults who have permitted this use.

Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, sexual exploitation, or attempts to access another person's account or files. Follow the input restrictions displayed in the generator.

Your use must also follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It lists the content you may not create: sexual content, violence and gore, hate, content involving minors, deepfakes and impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. It also describes how we moderate and how to report misuse.

AI-generated content

Everything this service produces is generated by AI and is synthetic. Everything this site makes is AI-generated. The models are Seedance 2 Mini (ByteDance) for the Raindance two-person sequence video; Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro (Kuaishou) for one-photo scenes and photo effects; Nano Banana (Google) for the free still preview. We access these models through Kie.ai. Results may not match your photos or the described scene exactly. When you share a result, label it as AI-generated where needed so that no one is misled.

Accounts and credits

When TrendReel sites share an account system, your account, credit balance, orders and stored creations can be available on those sites after you sign in separately. Login cookies are limited to the current domain.

A checkout return page does not confirm payment. Credits are added after the server receives and validates the payment notification. Failed generation tasks are handled through the job and credit system; a credit reversal is different from a cash refund.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a purchase or subscription renewal if none of that payment’s credits were used. Include your order number and account email. Once approved, the payment provider returns the refund to the original payment method; your bank determines when it appears. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current period. Used credits require an individual review, with no promised proportional refund; failed-generation credit restoration is separate from a cash refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Suspension and termination

We may refuse a generation request, remove outputs, and suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, tries to evade moderation, or misuses payments. If an account is closed for a violation, its unused credits may be forfeited, unless the law requires otherwise. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, that a generation will succeed, or that an output will meet your expectations or suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
